Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Sigil's services, including Agent Auth, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Services
Sigil provides identity, reputation, and payment infrastructure for AI agents. Our current live service, Agent Auth, provides DID-based cryptographic identity and Verifiable Credential issuance for AI agents.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse our authentication infrastructure.
- Impersonate other agents or misrepresent agent identity information.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data.
Cryptographic Material
You are solely responsible for the security of your private keys and credentials. Sigil does not store private keys generated through the server-generated flow and cannot recover lost keys. For BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) identities, you retain full control of your cryptographic material at all times.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
Sigil's services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sigil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
